Unauthorized credit enquiry

I don't recall ever calling MiWay for an insurance quote but I have received numerous calls from them offering me cover of some sorts which I have tuned down. I have just realized that MiWay have been making unauthorized credit enquirers which are reflected in my credit report on Transunion... I am utterly annoyed with this as every credit inquiry is a negative impact on my credit status. I have raised a dispute against them with TransUnioin. But to make matter worse when i called their office I was told that they dont take any complaints against them!!! All complaints must be handled via the credit bureau. Seriously???

Which company washes their hands of costumer complaints against them??
Why and how are they allowed to just enquirer my record without my permission several times a year!!

I want all records of inquiries from MiWay REMOVED off my record! Else they must prove when and where I gave them approval to do this!

This is the worst form on invasion into my PERSONAL financial profile!!!
