On the 1st of August 2013 we opened a Business account with FNB following media promises of excellent service, accounting and payroll packages included. Ever since we have been unable to register for online banking in order to utelise any of these online services. We are accordingly unable to link any beneficiaries, make any payments or pay any salaries without having to physically go to the bank which is not only an annoyance but a waste of time and money that could have been spent attending to actual business. We have lodged numerous complaints, accumulated various complaints references and have been shunted to and from the branch referring us to the call centre referring us back to the branch referring us back to the call centre without any resolution to the problem being forthcoming. Emails querying progress are furthermore now being ignored. We regret having chosen FNB as our Business Bank and would not recommend them to any other business owner out there.
