I am extremely disappointed in FNB.
I Have changed all my personal and business banking to FNB
I have have endless problems getting my cards activated and now there are problems with registering internet banking.
I was in one branch for 40 minutes and in another for and hour and 45mins!
I am a business owner and do not have time to sit in a bank and argue with your consultants and online technicians.
Everyone has another excuse as to why the account will not activate.
WHY does your consultant open my internet activation pin- is it not sealed for a reason?
The staff at Highveld mall are not very helpful- I have names if neccessary
The manager tried to help in the old end
I need my account to be activated by 10 am today at the latest
If not transfer all funds.
FNB makes endless promises and has false advertising
I still do not have a credit card
My debit orders are still not done
Still have not been contacted my a business banking
Still have no clue how ebuks or the accounting systems works
Please advise urgently
