Call Direct
Listed on ITC!!!

I took out a loan with Call Direct and my account was debited every month. Then for some reason the debit order did not run and was left with arrears on the account. I spoke to Monique on the 28.07.2012 and made arrangement to pay off the arrears at which point she also pointed out that I would now have to pay my account in cash... no one from the company informed me of this until i spoke to her. I paid the account every single month after that and discovered in November 2012 that I had been listed on ITC. I imediately contacted call direct and no one has been able to assist me yet they have handed my account over to debt collectors from MBD! I have been harrassed by these people in my place of work and will now consult a lawyer for this harrassment. Despite me stating to them that no one from call direct informed me that they were listing me. I WILL NOT pay this account until someone resolves this. I have emails that i sent to their customer service team no avail... no statements etc!!! Pathetic customer service! I am still waiting for the recordings of that arrangement that was made with Monique..Why make arrangements and then list the customer?
