Unjustified Blacklisting and Harrassment

I took out a loan from call direct and my account was paid via debit order. There was a problem at the bank as a result two debit orders were returned. At no point did anyone from the company inform me that after two unpaid debit orders then you become a cash paying customer!!! In July 2012 i agreed to make monthly cash payments of which i did until i dicovered in November 2012 i was listed by them on ITC. I contacted them asking how they could do that seeing that there was an arrangement made with them..to date no one has been able to supply my with an answer neither did they notify me of their intention to list me. I am now handed over to debt collectors who continue to harrass me daily and will now be instituting legal action against them for harrassment... I will pay the account BUT ONLY when someone from call direct sorts this mess out!
