I lodged a claim with Absa Insurance on 20/11/2013 for hail damage to my awning (Claim No. 2483649). An assessor came a few days later, took photo's and all the relevant details and that is the last I have heard. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact a consultant on the number 0860302011 but the consultants are never available and I cannot afford to hold on all day. On 7 January 2014 I lodged a complaint on HelloPeter and within a few hours had a reply from Absa Group Customer Care to say they would look into my complaint, well needless to say nothing has been done. What must I do to get a response? Do all Absa's clients suffer this frustration?
