Service at Absa seems to get worse and worse

I would like to know why you need to complain on Hello Peter to get a response from an Absa consultant? A consultant from the complaint department was liaising with me, namely Karen Jonker. My response to Karen was sent on the 09.08.2013 however no response has yet been received. My follow up dates were as follows, 12.08.2013, 16.08.2013, 19.08.2013, 23.08.2013, and i'm still waiting. Furthermore Karen Jonker tried to close off my complaint without it being solved, and in my email i requested her assistance and advise if she could not assist me, she could refer me to her direct Manager. It seems she just closed my query there, as she does not want this to end up with her superiors! Surely i could at least be garnished with a response.
