Absa getting payments but not allocating

I have writting a report on hellopeter 5 times regarding our vehicle finance account with absa, we have been sent from pillar to post regarding this account, this account has been handed over to a 3rd party company to uplift the vehicle 3 times, 3 different people has been employed to repo this vehicle, the last report we wrote on hellopeter was responded to by a fairola lady, she was suppose to email statements & this was 2 months ago we are still waiting for the statements, again my husband called absa & still no one in this big massive so called number 1 bank knows where our account is, we have been paying this account everymonth even if we are under debt review, absa has been receiving more than the instalment for the past 2 months, so where is this money going to, what is really very funny is that we receive statements showing that we have 1 payment left on the account & we also received a letter from absa advising once the last payment as been received in may 2013 we are responsible to collect the vehicles papers, how can you post letter like this & still tell your customer you still owe me R53000.00 what is absa doing, lets see if we get assitance from asb to solve the matte
