Unreasonable and unfair Policy Review

From being a low-risk (claims in my entire insurance history) insurance client to being slapped with a 16.5% increase on my monthly premium and from R0 to R3300 excess is bad business practice. Not even strikers demand 16.5%!!

I called your call centre this morning and asked to be transferred to customer retention/ equivalent and their lines were busy. Stayed holding for over 5 minutes and the lady from the message centre confirmed my details for the call centre to call me back. 2 hours later, I'm still waiting. Should your terms not change, Im taking my business elsewhere.
