Miway misleading clients with "zero excess"

If you consider changing to Miway insurance rather take the highway! They mislead clients by offering better quotes and when you switch to Miway everything changes. I was contacted on a monthly basis by Miway consultants to switch my insurance to them and every time they offered me a better deal. The consultant offered me a lower premium with a zero excess fee and that was the considering factor that changed my mind to switch from SAU to Miway! A month after the policy started I received an email from Miway stating that my exess fee for claims will increase from R0.00 to R3300.00 per claim! I strongly beleive that Miway use this tactic to gain new clients! Being in the motor industry myself i will do my utmost best to warn all my clients of this misleading practice by Miway.
