Waiting for my statement 3months now

Good day,

I've applied for my surplus fund, and did fill out documentation at the offices in Johannesburg CBD. I called the offices numerous times, with a result that my statement will be posted, to date nothing came and its heading for 4 months now. I spoke to several consultants which advised me that I can view my statement online. I visited the site today, hoping to view my statement nothing is loaded. How can this matter be resolved, and why is this taking forever? I was working for Nestle, Lighting Innovations, etc and all money contributed are owed to me, why is does an individual had to wait ages before pay-out??? I need my statement close of business end of this week. I'll address matters further to the board and ombudsman of all Metal Industries.
