RCS deducted extra money I did not agree to

I Took out a load with RCS to pay over 12 Months (They did not have my ID when I applied BTW). Then after 12 Months I noticed they were still deducting and enquired. Apparently they gave me Rolling Credit and kept charging me fees that I had no idea was coming off and did not agree to as well as still deducting for the "Rollong Credit Loan"
RCStold me I probably agreed to some Monthly Membership Fees and I asked them to show me a copy of the agreement, which they could not. I then asked to be reimbursed that money and since then had no response from them, while they kept deducting these membership fees along with the outstanding debt. Then I emailed them to give notice that I was going to stop the debit orders from coming off unless someone respondes to me. Even then I didnt get a reply. I got notifications to show the staff deleted my query without reading it. I stopped the debit orders and a month later Munnik Basson Dagama inc Attorneys started contacting me I explained the situation and they told me they will get back to me... but they did not. I sent them emails too to help me resolve but no reply from them... Now I hear im "Blacklisted" by them!!! I have all the emails...
