They tricked me into signing a membership

I got a voucher from amazing vouchers for a 1 month free gym membership
i went to redeem my voucher and was told that i have 1 month free and if i decide to go for a full membership they will start charging me
they asked for my banking details and ID/drivers licence to keep on file
i gave it to them and they just started deducting money from my account
i called Cindy and explained her that i only wanted the voucher and she should cancel the membership that i didn't even ask for
they refuse and now don't want to respond to my emails at all
they are a bunch of that trick you into taking memberships and they should be stopped!
