Worst network to have a contract with

Telecommunications

For a few months my debit orders hasn't been going through, due to 8ta not deducting on time!
After 3 months they deduct all 3 months money which adds up to more than R2000 without any warning and unable to get my money back. I tried asking if I couldn't rather pay them myself their reply was no the debit order cannot be stopped.
Every month there are extra charges that was not explained to me when I took the contract out and if I cancel I'd have to pay an arm and a leg!
Hate this network!!!
