I placed a stop order on my account due to various reasons. So i get paid and the relevant debit order goes off, call onlin banking (as this was done online) who says i have to go into any FNB branch and they will be able to reverse the debit order. go to the branch and they say they unable to reverse the debit orders but place a stop order. So i say i did that online it was successful but the incompetant consultant tells me there is nothing they can do about it. I need the debit order reversed!.. seeking another banking institute.
