Claim not paid, no response over a month now

I got an accident on the 9/08/2013 and I submitted my claim on the 10/08/13 of and they told me to send pictures which I did 12/08/13. On the 12/08/2013 I received a message from Mi-way saying that my claim handler is Molebogeng Ledwaba and that was the only communication I received from Mi-way. I have sent her more than 4 e-mails at [Email Removed] she did not respond. I tried to call her on 0119900268 many times but there is never response on that number. I called on the 16, 20 and 29 of august they told me that they are busy with ITC and that i should be patient Molebogeng will call me back which she never did.i called again on the 5 Sept they told me that they didn't have my previous insurer's details, which i send to them the next day.i called again on the 9 of Sept they told me that they are still busy with ITC and they need to confirm my driver's licence. I wonder how long does the so called "ITC "takes because it's being more over a month now. I thought honesty was one of Mi-way's internal policies.
