Bad Service after lodging a claim

I lodged a claim on 15 May 2013. Molebogeng Ledwaba was assigned to deal with the claim. I have since been the one making contact to find out progress on the claim. On Friday 17th May 2013 Molebogeng indicated that she still has to confirm will the police and validate my insurance history. I tool liberty to aid the process by obtaining the accident report and the previous insurance document and forwarding to Molebogeng. Until this morning Molebogeng has not bothers to respond to my emails and countless phone calls.

After posting my complaint on MiWay Facebook profile another agent called me indicating that they will be processing my claim.
