King Price Insurance
Cannot respond to claim

Last week Wednesday my TV started smoking. I called King Price to see if that would be covered under my policy. They eventually called back to state that they will collect the TV to and would come on Thursday. No one came. I then called on Friday and was advised that they were having a Sping Day and the consultant dealing with my claim was outside, but I would get a call back.

I am still waiting. After a week of lodging a claim I still do not have any joy. I am thankful that it is merely a smoking TV and not anything more serious
