Hi, I've been a client of King Price's since February 2013. Three weeks ago I was involved in a car accident, King Price arranged for the car to be towed away and promptly organised a rental car. Then silence for 2 weeks, until last Friday when somebody claiming to be an assessor called me asking me the whereabouts of my car! I thought King Price would have known! I've been calling everyday this week, nobody is available to talk, I've only had one unsatisfactory call back. I left a message yesterday, no call-back, and I've just left another one. I've never had such shoddy service from any insurance company ever!
