Slow to respond to my claim

King price has been slow to respond to my claim... Every time I call I get transferred to other people who promise to call me back but never do. I've spent over R100 in calls trying to get assistance in terms of the status of my claim.

I need my car fixed as I'm supposed to be going to the Eastern Cape next week, my grand mother is not well and I want a chance to say my goodbye but I'm afraid at this slow response rate king price won't have me sorted. I am very disappointed because they promised so much but the company's delivery of service is poor.

My car was towed by King Price on Monday night and when I call, they don't know where it is or the extent of the damage and I need my car soon. Please help.
