I cancelled my service, they took money. was told i was going to get a refund. they smsed me to say to cal them, I called only o be told it was declined. the who processed the cancellation did it for the wrong date and the agent would get the cancellations person who set it up to call me back. No one called me back at all.

I called them today only to be hung up on and to get excuses.
