I took a life insurance with instant life in may I then cancelled the insurance, end June my Acc was debited, I then called to find out, was told it was not cancelled and was mailed the cancellation firm which u filled and faxed. O asked to be refunded and the guy told me he'll get manager to call me and that was on 01-07-13. No one got back to me and I called again on 03-07 and was told the same thing no one actually called me. I want my money
