Home loans not helpful at all

My mortgage was handed over to attorneys due to arrears since I am unemployed, and fair enough I understood. It's a flat and last month I spoke to my sister agreed to help me to keep arrear amount up to date with monthly payments fair enough I started talking to the lawyers - Van Zyl attorney and have emails to prove it. They asked me to write my story and she will send to Absa to hear what they have to say, I wrote the email stating my case that I now want to make things right, a day or two later she came back- Absa wants me to write an affidavit to state my sister is going to help me- I ran off to the SAPS to write it down thinking "I see the light at the end of the tunnel"- she came back to me, Absa wants your sisters Income and Expenditure- my sister sent them an email from her work emails with this information! Hours later an email came through saying "our client Absa declined your arrangement and by the way your flat will be sold in Execution on the 15 of October 2013! I asked the lady is there really nothing I CAN do to save this situation and she said come up with the entire arrears amount before the 15 October 2013 that's how you will resolve all of this. help me somebody!
