I am bitterly unhappy with ABSA. I sold my home and paid them over R520, 000 over a year ago for my original R550, 000 mortgage. ABSA had cancelled my debt review and summoned me to sue for R780, 000. Flat only worth max R550, 000; ABSA insisted I sign an begin paying an AOD (Acknowledgement of Debt). I pay this every MONTH @ R1600/month (expensive for me on my much reduced current salary)

I ALWAYS PAY - EVERY MONTH! Their lawyers threaten me with monthly phone calls and text messages!
PLUS they put me on ITC so that I cannot get any credit
