Shocking service from ABSA Vechicle Finance

I have been trying to sort out my Subaru account payments. About a month ago I got an SMS from ABSA stating that my account was in arrears, I immediately contacted ABSA to find out what the problem was. After about 2 weeks I was informed that ABSA had closed the account which had therefore stop the debit order from my account. I then tried to contact a Rendane Manenzhe by phone and email more than several times with no response as to what the way forward was to resolve this matter. Final after no response from Rendane I spoke to another lady who gave me all the details I need to pay the arrears which I promptly did.

I then eventually got hold of Rendane and pleaded with her to reinstate the debt order, which she did, she sent me proof but has not explained why the instalment amount has now increase by over R1500. I phone and asked ABSA to explain why instalment amount had change contrary to my agreed contract no real explanation was given.

What really disappoints me about ABSA is that this problem was their doing I have probably now been impact with a negative credit rating and no apology or explanation has been given by ABSA.
