Paying life insurance for paid mortgage in 8month

ABSA has robbed me again.

I took a mortgage from ABSA on 2006, then last year 2012 I paid it up, and my balance was R00.00, I then sent Emails to ABSA asking them what process to follow I order to get my Tittle Deeds,

I was told to go to the Branch and complete all necessary documents, which I deed in December 2012. Therefore I was referred to Attorneys who can assist in getting the tittle deeds.

To my surprise on 26 July 2013, A huge amount of money was deducted from my account.
Then I started sending emails for almost a month with no help. Thankfully I called in and I was told that it is ABSA life insurance, but I said insurance for what since the mortgage is paid off,

Adding to that, the blame is put on me to have advised them to cancel it,
And I said to ABSA- I Sent emails, I visited the Branch, I completed forms, why wasn't I informed.

ABSA IS OUTTHERE TO TAKE EVERY LITTLE CENT
