I am truly disguted and irritated with the service of FNB on the corner of main and sour str johannesburg.
After attending the bank 3 days in a row in my lunch time I have not received the help needed where FNB was @ fault, to top it off when you ask consultants about service you get no response or shrugged shoulders as if they are not trained in their positions @ the institution.
I have waited countless hours in the que for a simple enquiry and seen no movement in the que whatsoever, clients have sat for more than 45 min with 1 consultant and on a busy day there is 2 consultants to help.
From previously working for this institution I'm reallly disappointed in the service received.
