I Have been called a few times in the pass few days and harassed by consultants from standardbank, the service i have received is terrible i am disgusted that such a big financial institution can treat there customers this way, The reason for the call was that standardbank had a delay in their electronic system for payments in the december period and i am being penalised, i say this because i have done transactions on my prestige cheque account and these transactions have gone through late even though at the time it showed paid i don't have an overdraft facility but now standardbank says i need to pay them immediately, i refuse to be inconvenienced like this as this is the banks fault for not releasing funds on time, the consultants where rude and both times the calls where cut on me while i was explaining and i was told go to hello peter, this is unfair and this isn't treating your customer fairly or in accordance to the cpa. This is not the 1st time they have displayed this attitude as well. IS THIS THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU GIVE YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS IF SO I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS TO FNB!!! OR ANOTHER BANK!!!
