I went into your Boksburg branch on Friday to get a change of bank card waited at customer service for an hour only to get to the first consultant indian lady didnt even give me a chance to sit and told me very rudely that she doesnt do change of cards hence Tuesday of the same week I received a new change of bank card for my other account from the counter that i was told i couldnt get one, how did the process change in a space of two days. When I got to the second consultant I was already irritated with the manner I was dealt with. I was told by the lady that she could not help me as I needed to go to my branch to link my card to my account. I have never in my life heard of such, I had always went into a branch that was closest to me during working hours. As I was asked to go to the Springs Branch to sort out this account... Kindly explain why you have customer service consultant if they cant even help you out. I work in Boksburg so it was round the corner for me to go to that specific branch on North rand road... UTTERLY DISGUSTED FNB THAT YOU HAVE UNHELPFUL AND RUDE STAFF.
