I have replaced my roof in 2008 already and also replaced the kitchen on the 15th May 2013, and Absa have investigated that it was done but still they have endorsed my policy that I wont be insured for any damages in case of any loss to my property that may resulted in this regard. I am sick and tired of their lack of customer service regarding this matter. Proof was faxed to Kagiso Richwell on the 19th July 2013 and also sent four e-mails requesting the endorsement should be lifted but to no avail. After four months of struggling them to pay for the damages to my kitchen floor with the assistance of Hello [URL Removed] and the Ombudsman, with a positive outcome in my favour they again reflect bad service. If you contact them to do a telephonic complain you are refered to different nrs and just hold on for ages with no time to speak to a anybody. I want to make use of this opportunity to warn the public to never ever use Absa as a provider for home loans. I spent money on telephone calls, e-mails but to no use as they just ignore me as a customer.
