Shocking custmer Policy 6400747127 surrender value

I submitted documentation to Absa Bank in April 2013 to surrender the above policy. I was refered to 'Moloko, Suzan in July 2013 and was advised thar this is handled in Johannesburg. I submitted the documentation to Suzan Moloko and after a further enquiry I was advised that the policy surrender value needs to be determined. Two month later and a further email requesting an answer has resulted in no reply forthcoming. I enclosed the e mails forwarded to relevant parties

"I am extremely disappointed in that no further communication was received form yourselves. It is nearly 2 months since your last mail and I'm still awaiting settlement of the policy. No one made any effort to follow up on this outstanding matter.

This is unacceptable and your customer service leaves much to be desired. I will report this matter to your CEO.
