Absa Insurance - not for claims!!

Good day my name is Martha Johanna Maree (Martie). I phoned my Home loans insurance to claim that my house is suffering damages.

Absa Property Insurance, they are really not helpful and for a second time in 8 years, absa insurance refuses to accept claims regarding our home structure.

With no help from the ombudsman, and a vague report from the assessor I'm not happy at all.
