Travel claim not processed in over 2 months

We took out travel insurance in July, which we paid for, and submitted a claim for delayed luggage in mid July.
Despite numerous e-mails and phone calls to STD Bank's associate AIG, I have had no reply or feedback.
During this time I have had VAT registrations, tax clearances and Passports submitted and processed by SARS and Home Affairs (WELL DONE TO THESE 2 GOVERNMENT DEPTS!!) yet not even a reply from AIG, a so called professional 1st world business!!
I'm amazed STD Bank continues to use them.
