Last year July I was in New York for a conference, where I fell victim to a pick pocketer, to which my Standard Bank Travel Wallet was taken. When I realized what had happened I called the international Standard Bank line to block my card, to which I was re-insured that the Standard Bank travel insurance policy would pay out if the transactions on my travel wallet were proved to be.

Well it is now early January 2013 and I have still had no response... In the past 6 months I have had one phone call from you as Standard Bank, which was to ask me to send another copy of my dispute form to the department. Not to mention the seldom times I managed to get through to the department only to be told either my form is still under investigation or the systems have been offline, which Mr. Billings clearly said had been the case for over 3 weeks.

The customer service I have received from Standard Bank is shocking and unprofessional and I will not stand for it.
