A claim was submitted at the end of March'13. Their auto reply advised that the claim would be processed within 5 working days. Countless follow ups have not resulted in a reply other than the auto replies. The call center acknowledged on 9 April that a reply was overdue and that the matter would be escalated. No reply was received. Further e-mail enquiries have not been replied to other than the auto reply.
