I AM STILL AWAITING A CONSULTANT TO CALL ME WITH MY ACTION LINE COMPLAINT. MY FIXED DEPOSIT IS NOT YET OPENED AND AS MENTIONED IN MY COMPLAINT I AM LOOSING OUT ON INTEREST DAY BY DAY, THE FACT THAT THE CONSULTANT GAVE ME WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT THE INTEREST RATE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED BY NOW ALREADY & YET I AM FEELING LIKE A NUISANCE FOR EXPECTING IT TO BE RECTIFIED & MY ACCOUNT TO BE OPENED. IF THIS CANNOT BE SORTED OUT IMMEDIATELY THEN I WILL BE STARTING THE PROCESS TO CONTACT THE OMBUDSMAN. BELOW IS THE EMAIL SENT ON THE 5TH SEPT ALREADY.
