I SENT AN EMAIL TO VANESSA CROWE EARLY DECEMBER TO INFORM HER THAT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED AN EMAIL PERTAINING TO OUR DISCUSSION ABOUT THE INTEREST I AM DUE TO RECEIVE AT THE END OF TERM OF THE FIXED DEPOSIT ABSA OPENED, IT'S ALREADY JANUARY & NO FEEDBACK YET, WHAT MAKES IT WORSE AND WHAT FRUSTRATES ME MORE IS THAT I ALSO SENT AN EMAIL TO ACTION LINE LATE DECEMBER ABOUT THIS COMPLAINT, I RECEIVED A REFERENCE NUMBER AND ONCE AGAIN I'M STILL AWAITING A CALL FROM AN ABSA EMPLOYEE. I WILL ONCE AGAIN TAKE FURTHER STEPS IF THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED SOON.
