FNB charge R11.00 per page for printing

Hi,

I am a business account holder at FNB Constantia. I seldom go into the bank but this time round i went to get 2 (two) sets bank statements for SARS registration.

5 (pages) per statement x 2 sets came to 10 pages @ R11/page = Total R110.00.

When asked to speak to the manager i was told that they are operating without manager as he was on a tour. FNB is ripping of their clients. The consultant told me they charge exorbitantly high fees to discourage customers to come into the bank... SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... HOW CAN WE HELP YOU... HOW CAN WE RIP YOU OFF.
