R180 for a 6 month bank statement???

R180 for a 6 month bank statement - what rubbish is this?? I went to FNB 4 Merchant Place to request a 6 month bank statement. i was charged R9 per page for the exact same monthly bank statements you send me FOR FREE via email, only difference being that each page is now stamped with a FNB stamp. When i question the branch manager she gives me some story. i know for a fact that a interim 3 month statement does not cost R90 coz I've requested that countless times. If you're gonna give me the exact same bank statements i get via email, why can't i then just print them, go to the branch and get them stamped?? i know for a fact that if i had to print them myself, the cost of printing won't even come close to R9 for all 20 pages. This is utter rubbish from a bank I've really admired, a bank i thought would do its best to save me money instead of chowing it.
