Disgraceful Prices and service

I had to get statements of my business account for tax purposes. I went to FNB Sandton city and they told me each page costs R11 to print! I had to have to 20 pages printed so that would cost R220. That is a disgrace. I can understand printing costs but that is just.

Then to make matters worse I asked could they email me the statements. She said it would cost the same price!!!

R11 a page to email???

There is no effort at all. Data costs are almost a nothing yet they charge per page!

I got a contribution statement from my medical aid emailed and there was zero cost.

FNB charge banking fees, but to send an email apparently is not covered?

FNB you are a disgrace.
