SAPS asks damage report, refuse to assist

I was in an accident in February 2013, my car was written off by a reckless driver.

The SAPS requested me to supply the damage report for my vehicle as supporting documentation for the state' case of reckless and negiligent driving against a woman that caused an accident in which my car was written off. I requested the report from my insurer and broker over a month ago.

After numerous attempts I have still not received the damage report. Both Anderson and B-Sure Africa brokers ignore my emails and no-one bothers to call or give feedback.

The longer they drag to supply me with this important document, the longer it will take to try and recover my almost R100 000.00 loss. I am ruined financially because of this, and they couldn't care less about my dire situation.

Shocking how bad the service is at both these service providers.

DO NOT COMMENCE BUSINESS WITH THESE SUPPLIERS, they are not worth it. I sincerely regret ever dealing with them. I advise all my friends, colleagues and acquaintances to avoid them at all cost.
