As per my previous complaint Please note that I have not received any further responses from FNB, nor has the problem been resolved yet. This is completely unacceptable. It would be appreciated if a consultant can actually contact me to resolve this issue. I fail to understand why the money has not yet been reversed back into my account.
This is absolutely shocking and completely unacceptable. Since FNB responded to my complain I have heard nothing further. Nothing has been investigated and I fail to see any reason I should continue a relationship with FNB. I feel I will have no other choice but to close my account and move to another bank that can offer and provide for me where FNB has failed to.
