CAN'T ACCESS MY FUNDS / SHOCKING SERVICE

I was forced to switch my bank account from a Sum1 account to an ordinary cheque account. I was assured by your staff it would be a smooth transition. THAT WAS A BLATANT LIE!!! My salary was deposited into my account last week friday and to date I cannot access my money. I have not been able to pay any of my accounts, all my debit orders have bounced and I cannot buy groceries. I have called standard bank every day and the attitude of your consultants has been nonchalant. None of them have been prepared to assist me. I have not had access to my money for A WEEK now! This is unacceptable. I am getting a bad credit rating, and I will inevitably be charged bank fees for the failed debit orders. I trust that these will be reversed by yourselves as this is the banks fault. I was advised by one of your consultants that this kind of thing "happens often" at Standard Bank!!!???!!!?? This is absolutely unacceptable. Your customer service is shocking and you have inconvenienced me beyond measure. I DEMAND that this issue be addressed today!
