The above matter refers

I have been a client of yours for over a year now. I signed a contract with your company in terms of having higher premiums and not having to pay an excess should I need to claim.

I have of late, being hearing rumors that this will no longer be the case that an excess amount of R3300.00 will be charged to clients, despite the above signed agreement with yourselves. I had not received any written or verbal confirmation from yourselves regarding this, but having heard the rumors got a bit jumpy and decided to phone your call centre to confirm.

I spoke with an agent, who took my details and confirmed that this would now be the case due to having not made any money / running at a loss because people are claiming and they don't need to pay any excess. I feel this is most unfair, what about those of us that have never claimed? Why should we suffer for the latter?

I have already received my premium increase for the year going forward, but am now also informed that I will be charged an excess if I do claim (which I have not claimed from yourselves since the inception of my policy). If this is the case, surely you should drop my premium, because the way that
