I need to reconcile my account ASAP

I Need to urgently reconcile my account, i was told that Francis Van Jaarsveld is handling my account. My contract was 72 months but i see it has been extended for another 12 months i dont understand what the is going on there. I need this mess to be sorted as soon as possible. You have threatened me enough but extending my contract again without my concern is Can someone come back to me ASAP before i loose my mind. This is nonsense.
