About 3 yrs ago, financial adviser who was v.good & invested my funds, left and another took over, Shane, who HAS NOT CONTACTED ME ONCE in all this time, but I'm charged monthly fee for his services!? I moved in Oct.2011 and updated my contact details. In June 2013 I sent a request online stating that I wished to consolidate my funds into 1 Stanlib Fund. No-one contacted me, so in Aug.2013, 2 months later, I sent an email asking for contact details of senior director or CEO. Week later, another fin.adviser called to say he would take over my portfolio, but 1st I had to sign a form which he sent me. Therein it states that I should confirm that said broker is registered with FSB and for this I needed his ID no. He never ever sent this to me??? Lastly, I called Cindy, Contact Cntr Man.@Stanlib and explained my situation. Then emailed her all relevant info and attachments, to which she completely changed her attitude and said that I had to cancel broker and I cannot have charges reversed! No mention if broker is registered with FSB;she just told him I would be managing my portfolio! I am still a very dissatisfied client and need to speak to a senior person in authority, but how???
