Miway phoned and gave me a good quote on my vehicle and home insurance. I signed up with them and from the start I had problems. First they deducted a hefty amount from my account and after numerous calls we sorted out the issue. Then on the last day of each month I get an sms stating that I have not taking my car in for inspection although I have the day after I signed up. So for interests sake yesterday (09/09/2013) I signed up for the internet account so you can view all details. I saw in the personal details section they had made a mistake. I updated the mistake (marital status) and I got a pop-up telling me that my insurance premium just increased. I contacted miway and have requested the voice recording of the phone call. I was told that I will receive a call back the same day (09/09/2013) but have not heard anything back from them. Seems like its time for a new insurance.
