Disgusting service and with-holding clients funds

My repurchase form was faxed in front of me by the manager of Westwood Standard Bank, to Stanlib on Thursday 7th February. No funds appeared in my account on Monday 11th Feb, I called Stanlib and was told that they had not received the instruction. I went to my main branch who sent me back to Westwood branch who held the transmission proof that Stanlib had received the fax. The bank manager called Stanlib and then faxed the form again with the transmission proof. I was assured that I would receive the funds that day. The following day, no funds were in the account and so I called Stanlib again and this continued through the day, initially they said that they had received no forms or calls from the branch even though I was present for one of the calls. Today, Wednesday there were still no funds in the account however the Westwood branch manager called to say funds would be released today. I called Stanlib later and again was assured I would receive the funds. In the afternoon I lost my temper, I was frustrated and very upset and eventually asked for the manager who said it was after 4 pm so she could not make payment. It will be a week tomorrow since I requested my money.
