Cant Solve A Simple Problem

On about the 24th May we wrote to Stanlib to enquire why we could not logon onto the web site using our original details. 3 days later we received an email asking us to contact them so that we could check/change contact details. We did that, changed whatever contact details needed to be changed and were told we could logon in 24 hrs. We tried to logon and once again couldn't, so it was another call to the call centre. Once again we were told that the account would be un locked and Stanlib would email a one time password. WE HAVE NEVER RECD AN EAMIL OR ONE TIME PASSWORD.

Every time we call them it takes at least another full day for somebody to get back to us.

Stanlib your service in solving our original problem is pathetic. It is now almost 14 days since we originally emailed you and we STILL cannot logon onto your web site. How long does it take to resolve a simple logon issue. I cant see any reason to leave my money invested with you if this is how you perform.
