I am very unhappy with Miway's service. My claim was handled terribly, and my premium has increased by R200 without me having received any sort of notification. I have just received an email now that I have now been given a R3300 excess when there was none before! I have received no feedback regarding the accident I was involved in, I was hit by a truck and made sure to get all witness details etc so Miway could get their money back. Obviously they don't care! I will definitely be looking to move to another insurer.
